Information on the site
The site describes our products and services in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract. Features, channels and availability can change, and what we deliver to a client is set out in our agreement with that client.
Demonstrations on the site, including the example chat, lead brief and property details, are shown to illustrate how our products work. They are not an offer to sell property and may not reflect current prices or availability. For property, always rely on the developer or broker selling it.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images, video and code belong to Vigilance AI Technologies LLC or are used with permission. Vigilance Labs and Afelion are trademarks of Vigilance AI Technologies LLC. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear to show who we have worked with.
You may share links to the site and quote short parts with a link back. Journalists may use the logo and company description from our press section.
Other websites
The site links to websites we do not control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing law
